I am a New York-based real estate attorney advising Israeli sponsors, family offices, and international capital allocators investing in U.S. commercial real estate. My practice focuses on acquisitions, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and cross-border structuring — with litigation employed strategically to protect capital and enforce governance rights.

 

I work primarily with sponsors and investors deploying capital into multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets across the United States. My role is to structure transactions with risk allocation, underwriting, and long-term investment performance in mind.

A significant portion of my practice involves Israeli sponsors and capital platforms entering or expanding in the U.S. market. As a bilingual English–Hebrew attorney, I regularly serve as a bridge between U.S. transactional practice and Israeli investors, sponsors, and investment committees. My approach emphasizes clarity, alignment of expectations, and disciplined execution.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, I practiced at a boutique Manhattan law firm, specializing in real estate transactions, finance, and litigation.

 

My practice in New York has focused on complex real estate transactions and related disputes across residential and commercial asset classes. Over time, my work has increasingly centered on cross-border capital and sponsor-driven transactions.

That evolution has shaped my approach: real estate transactions are frameworks for capital performance, not isolated legal events.
